On your first day of work, we will take care of all the employment formalities. From now on, you are part of our team.
For the next few days, you will be accompanied by a trainer or a senior colleague who will talk you through the ins and outs of working in our restaurant. This is the first stage and many of us have passed it. What happens next is up to you.
At Thai Wok, we have developed three different training programmes that will equip you with the necessary competencies to become:
- a shift manager,,
- a restaurant manager,
- or a kitchen leader..
Our trainers will equip you with the necessary competencies. Together, we will support you every day, and when we see that you are ready for the next step, we will be the first to help you.
